Sawada Tsunayoshi is the strongest , biggest , mafia 10th boss. At the age of 14 , Reborn came to his house and told him that "I'm going to be your home tutor, i'll teach you to become a great mafia boss!"
Although it is not nice to be teached by a baby , but he has no choice so he accept it.After Reborn came , Tsuna's life had changed o lot . He had met many friends . They were Gokudera Hayato , Yamamoto Takeshi , Hibari-senpai , Sasagawa-ani...
At first , Tsuna was very annoyed of Reborn who make this decision for making his classmates , senpais becoming his mafia members , but then , they became good friends . They always help each other .
Tsuna is the only son in his family . His father's name is Sawada Iemitsu while his mother's name is Sawada Nana . Both of them are very matched .
Tsuna's wish were become a giant robot when he was still small , now , his wish is marrying Kyoko . Kyoko was the sister of Sasagawa-ani . Later he met a girl named Miura Haru whom hates him because she thinks Tsuna was the one who teach Reborn-san bad things such as mafia . But in one accident , after Tsuna had saved her from drowning , she was in love with Tsuna already .
Tsuna has a name number which is 27 . It came from his name ''Tsu(2) , na(7)" .

“ 家庭教师 ”故事主角。是个成绩于运动都不行的‘ 废柴纲 ’（取自同学们）。其实真实身份是意大利有名的黑手党家族——彭哥列（Vongola）的初代首领私生子的后裔。被家族选为彭哥列第十代首领的候选人。本人一开始强烈地反对。
本人软弱无能，但拥有彭哥列血脉特有的超直感。在中了里包恩所射出的‘ 死气弹 ’之后会发挥出令人惊叹的潜在能力。中了‘ 死气弹 ’的他会进入所谓的‘ 死气状态 ’ ，而进入了‘ 死气状态 ’的他会变得超强！在‘ VS.黑曜篇 ’中，他得到了列恩（里包恩的搭档)赋予的武器——拥有彭哥列标志的‘ X手套 ’和一枚子弹。那枚子弹是‘ 超死气弹 ’。被‘ 超死气弹 ’射中的他会进入‘ 超死气状态 ’。进入‘ 超死气状态 ’后，他变得超级强，简直变成了另外一个人似的。
本是个软弱的‘ 废柴 ’，但是十分注重友情。每当朋友遇到危机的时候便会爆发出最为强大的力量。
在决定谁才是下一任的彭哥列第十代首领的‘ 戒指争夺战 ’中，不但出色地爆发出初代彭哥列所自创的招式——‘ 死气的零地点突破 ’，还自创出了‘ 死气的零地点突破·改 ’。最终战胜了Xanxas并夺回了之前被夺走的‘ 大空 ’戒指正式成为彭哥列第十代首领的正统继承人。
在‘ 未来篇 ’中，他在彭哥列试炼中继承了历代的彭哥列的‘ Version Vongola Ring ’并拥有技能 ：死气的零地点突破·初代版、‘ 死气的零地点突破·改 ’、‘X Burner ’、‘ X Burner · Air ’ 、‘ X Stream ’ ……与守护者和同伴们一同打败了白兰·杰索与他的同伙，让未来的世界回复和平。
